Step 2: Receive Your ECG Monitor
We’ll post a small, easy-to-use monitor directly to your door.
Step 3: Set Up with Our Help
Join us for a friendly phone or video call where we guide you through how to wear the monitor comfortably and correctly.
Step 4: Wear for 7 Days
Go about your normal routine while the monitor quietly records your heart rhythm.
Step 5: Return & Review
Pop the monitor in the prepaid envelope and post it back. Once we’ve reviewed your data, you’ll have a personal video consultation with Dr Shaikh to discuss your results and any next steps.
